We are so honored you asked. At this time, we’re dedicated to working with a select group of business owners inside the Boss Project Incubator. It’s a vetted application process and we only work with those we know can benefit from our program.

Are you taking on guest contributors to the blog or podcast?
We are not accepting unsolicited guest posts, podcast guests, sponsored posts/blogs, or link-shares at this time. Our inbox gets inundated with these requests and collaborations are NOT our focus. You may or may not receive a reply to your request and it will be a repeat of this answer right here.
Course Questions
How can I reset my Academy password on Teachable?
We hate when we forget our password! You can retrieve your password or make a new one by heading here.
If I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Please reach out for assistance to hello@bossproject.com to make the most of the course. You can read more about our refund policy in our Terms of Service where we outline your Financial Obligation, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Terms of Participation.
I can’t login to my account, can you help?
Absolutely! Sometimes you simply need to reset your password. If you can still not login please email us at hello@bossproject.com with the subject link “Please reset my teachable account.” P.S. we see a lot of people accidentally put their email address as .CON instead of .COM, so maybe check that first— once logged in you can reset your email address.
Can I change my course login email?
Absolutely! Simply login to your account and click your profile (your picture in the upper right hand corner) then select “edit profile” from the drop down. From there you can change your email address and password.
How can I change where you send your awesome emails (ex: I just changed my email address)?
You can change your email by opting in again here.
Do you offer any discounts or coupons on your courses?
What we offer in our programs and courses is the real deal—no fluff. We know you’re gonna see growth, changes and a-ha moments right away, so for that reason we don’t offer discounts or coupons.
My payment won’t go through?
Here are a few things you can try if your credit card is failing:
Try another payment method.
Boss Project accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) as well as PayPal (Note: Paypal is not an option for Creative Shop Co-op Memberships.)

Contact your bank.
Sometimes credit card providers put a hold on purchases when it seems like a fraudulent charge. If you do not make online purchases often (or perhaps you don’t live in the U.S.), this could be the case. Contact your bank or credit card provider directly.
I am not from the U.S., can I make payments in another currency?
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. We find that many of our international students love the PayPal option when checking out. You can learn more about supported payment methods and currencies here.

What camera do you use?
It depends on the shot. We use our iPhone (the most recent addition) for a lot of our shots as well as a Samsung NX5000. We also bust out the DSLR from time to time, specifically our Nikon D600. See Our Favorite Things Here.
What’s your drink of choice?
Emylee always has a coffee on standby and Abagail ebbs and flows between iced coffee and Diet Coke. You are more than welcome to send a Starbucks or McDonald’s gift card.
Do you have any pets?
Abagail has four rescue beagles. Emylee had spoiled rescue shih tzus, but is currently an empty dog-nester.
Where do y’all live?
We live in Kansas City Metro about twenty-five minutes from each other and work from our individual offices. Our team is fully remote across the United States.

Will you be a guest on my podcast?
At this time we are not taking on guest speaking engagements or events.
Can I be a guest on your podcast?
Currently, The Strategy Hour has its guests on through invitation only. We are not accepting unsolicited podcast guests at this time.
Will you participate in my email interview roundup? Can I interview you via email?
Thanks for thinking of us, however, we won’t be able to participate. We encourage you to pose the same questions in the Boss Project Facebook Community.
Speaking and Collabs
How much will it cost to have you speak at my event or conference?
It’s super hard to come up with a specific number, because it depends on so many factors. Each event fee is customized based on where/when it is, how long the event runs, if other accommodations are included, etc.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Boss Project is NOT taking on speaking engagements at this time.
Can I send you my product or new book for you to review on your blog or Instagram?
We’d love to check out your product, but it would just be for us! We are unable to provide product reviews on the Boss Project website or social media. However, if we find it really good, it might show up on our personal Instagram Accounts. No guarantees!
What topics can you speak about?
What can we not talk about?! Well, knitting, coding or folding a fitted sheet for starters.
If you’re looking for talks on small biz growth, online business running or overall empire building we’ve got you covered. Past talk have included: Social Media Strategy, How to Have the Most Productive Year, and Blogging for Business.

No. You may NOT reprint or republish any of our content without our written permission, except where otherwise specified. We would however, love for you to share or link back to our content!
