I want to run an idea by you or I have a question about my business, how can I get it answered?
We encourage you to join the Co-op and ask questions in our private Community. It’s a place where we get a chance to chime in, as well as hundreds of other small business owners.
Do you accept guest contributors or link suggestions for the blog?
We don’t accept unsolicited guest posts, sponsored posts/blogs, or link-shares. Thank you for your interest, but these are not in alignment with our focus.
Do you accept podcast guest applications?
Yes, absolutely! We’re always excited to hear from potential guests for the Strategy Hour Podcast. However, we are highly selective and invite only a small number of outside guests each year to ensure we’re delivering the most value to our listeners. Guests must align with Boss Project’s mission and values, bringing actionable, relevant insights to our audience.
While we don’t have a minimum following requirement, we typically select guests with at least 10,000 followers who are also enthusiastic about promoting their episode.
If this sounds like you, please fill out our application form completely. Due to the high volume of requests, we’ll reach out only if we’re interested. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting updates on your application. Thank you for your understanding!

First off, congratulations! We know it took guts to say yes to your vision, and we’re so excited you’re diving right in! Starting a business can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.
To get started, we recommend watching this training. It’s designed to give you the tools and clarity you need to build a strong foundation. In fact, it might just be the best thing you ever do for your small business!

Why won’t links open on my computer?
If you are using Xfinity, you may find it blocks some links due to your internet security settings. If you'd like to be able to open links from us and other companies who use the email service provider called Flodesk, you'll need to log into the xfinity app and update your preferences to disable a new feature called "Xfi Advanced Security." Our emails and links are secure, and there is nothing to be worried about when opening them.
Course Questions
How can I reset my Academy password on Teachable?
We’ve all been there. Forgetting a password is the worst, but resetting it is easy! Just follow this link to reset your password.
I can’t log in to my account, can you help?
Of course! Start by trying to reset your password. If that doesn’t work, feel free to email us at hello@bossproject.com, and we’ll assist you.
P.S. We see a lot of people accidentally put their email address as “.CON” instead of “.COM,” so maybe check that first—once logged in you can reset your email address.
I’m a Co-op member. Why am I seeing prices for a course?
As a Co-op member, you have access to many of our courses as part of your membership. To ensure access, make sure you’re logged into the Academy (Teachable) using the same email address you use for the Co-op website. Once logged in, check the Dashboard or Member Courses page to browse your included courses.

Can I change my course login email?
Absolutely! Simply log in to your account and click your profile (your picture in the upper right-hand corner) then select “EDIT PROFILE” from the dropdown. From there you can change your email address and password.
If I change my mind about a purchase, can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we want to ensure you get the most out of your purchase. If you have questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@bossproject.com.

My payment won’t go through, What do I do?
If your credit card isn’t working, here are a few steps you can try:
Try Another Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal. Some of our products also offer payment options like Afterpay or Klarna, depending on your location. Please note: PayPal is not available for Creative Shop Co-op Memberships.Contact Your Bank
Sometimes credit card providers flag online purchases as potential fraud, especially if you don’t make online purchases often or live outside the U.S. Contact your bank or credit card provider to confirm the transaction is valid.

I am not from the U.S. Can I make payments in another currency?
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. We find that many of our international students love the PayPal option when checking out.
The Creative Template Shop
Why isn’t my Canva template opening?
No worries—this usually happens when you’re not signed into your Canva account. Here’s how to fix it:
Open the template’s download sheet PDF first.
In your internet browser, log into your Canva account.
Right-click the Canva graphic link you’re trying to open and select “Open in a New Tab.”
That should do the trick! If you’re still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us at hello@bossproject.com for further assistance.
I’m a Co-op member. Why am I seeing prices for the templates?
As a Co-op member, you have unlimited access to ALL templates for free! If you’re seeing prices, it likely means you’re not logged into your account. Simply log in to your Co-op Dashboard, and you’ll be able to download any template without a charge.
What happened to the Dubsado form templates?
Unfortunately, Dubsado removed support for one-click-install templates, so we no longer offer them. However, we still provide a variety of Dubsado-related resources, including video tutorials, PDF strategy guides, and Canva graphics that can be customized and used within Dubsado.
Why am I seeing a login error during Co-op checkout?
To avoid issues, make sure you’re logged into the Co-op Dashboard before selecting templates. Once you’ve chosen the templates you’d like to download, proceed to checkout. If you see a secondary login prompt on the checkout screen, don’t worry—it isn’t required.
If you are seeing a login error, simply delete your email and password from the fields and click “Continue as Guest.”

How do I use a coupon?
Using a coupon is easy!
During checkout, click “ADD COUPON.”
Enter your coupon code and click “APPLY COUPON.”
Look for a green confirmation message to ensure the coupon was successfully applied.

How do I upgrade my Co-op membership?
Upgrading is simple!
Log in to your Co-op Dashboard and click “YOUR ACCOUNT” in the top-right corner.
Select “JOIN NEW PLAN” and choose your preferred plan.
If you have a coupon, enter the code and click “APPLY COUPON.”
Enter or update your payment details. Any remaining time on your current plan will be automatically pro-rated.
Click “SUBSCRIBE NOW” and you’re all set!

How do I cancel my Co-op membership?
We’d hate to see you go! If you’re unsure how to maximize your membership benefits or have any questions, please reach out to our team at hello@bossproject.com—we’d love to help you get the most out of your experience.
If you still wish to cancel, log in to your Co-op Dashboard and click “YOUR ACCOUNT” in the top-right corner. From there, you can change or cancel your plan.

Where are you based?
Our company is based in the Kansas City Metro. Our team is fully remote across the United States—literally from coast to coast!
What’s your story?
